No previous registration is required.
The client will visualize the products which include descriptions of the characteristics. In the moment you decide to buy them you will mark them and insert them in "your basket". Once the selection is completed, the personal data will be entered for the delivery and invoice. Once you have completed the order, you will receive an email with the confirmation. If you notice any error in the confirmation of your order, you can send us an email to info@cilekspain.com and we will quickly modify it.

Delivery costs are free for all orders from the Spanish Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have special transport that must be quoted by the customer service department of Heraulti S.L.
Sendings to Portugal are with VAT included and have an additional cost of 10% for delivery costs from the total order.
Deliveries are normally made with DHL company, which will notify you before delivery. It is possible that the transport company refuses to upload your order up to your home since the delivery commitment is to the ground floor. In case you want the carrier to go to a particular floor, and deliver your order, ask us for a quotation.
At the end of the order process we indicate the availability of the product. If it is available, the delivery time ranges from 5 to 6 business days. In case of not being available, our commercial department will communicate the delivery time which will not exceed 8 weeks.
Currently we have a promotion that does not include the assembly, the furniture is assembled by you and you benefit a 25% discount of the base price.
The assembly is included in orders over 550 € VAT included and per order in mainland Spain.
>* Assembly in the Balearic and Canary Islands request a quote price. If the assembly is requested in orders below 550€, 70 € VAT included will be charged.
Assemblies to Pyrenees, Sierra Nevada, Picos de Europa, Alpujarra, Sierra de Cazorla, request a quote. Asphalted roads, dirt roads, forest tracks, historic hulls or restricted pedestrian paths for trucks of 3500 and 7500 kg of MMA, request a quote.
Expected delivery period: 10 working days. Assembly service from Monday to Friday. Special service on Saturday under budget. Christmas, New Year and Easter week and 2nd week of December there is no national service. During the month of August there is only service the 1st and 4th week of the month at National level. Removal of furniture is not included. In the assembly of furniture, roof, or electricity, drapery and drill are not included.

In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, price reduction or termination of the contract, arrangements that will be free for the consumer and user. The seller responds for non- conformity that manifests itself within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
In addition to the reminder of the existence of a legal guarantee of conformity for goods, the existence and conditions of after-sales services and commercial guarantees.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification for it.
The withdrawal period will expire on the 14 calendar days of the day that you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify HERAULTI S.L. info@cilekspain.com your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the form of withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding term expires.
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method different from the less expensive mode of delivery We offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to desist from this contract. We will proceed to make such refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. We may retain the refund until receiving the goods or collected the goods back, or until you have submitted proof of the return thereof, whichever is the earliest.

C) The supply of sealed goods that are not fit to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
D) The provision of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
